Lifts, parking and neighbours: practical points in NCR towers
In a tall society tower, the lift is often the main route for plywood sheets, sanitaryware and furniture. Many societies allow its use only at set hours. A designer who has worked in such buildings will plan deliveries in batches, so that heavy items do not all arrive on one day.
Neighbours matter too. Drilling and cutting are noisy, and a short note to the floor before work starts keeps relations good. Ask the designer how they handle this part of the job.
